Shera Farming endeavours to add value to the communities in which we operate by creating opportunities for employment and skills development .
We offer students access and exposure to the agricultural sector through structured programs on the farm to gain practical experience whilst studying in a related field. This integrated approach reflects our broader aims of offering sustainable and environmentally conscious solutions to meeting food security demands and to widen the opportunities within the food production market.
